To be fair, he tried to get the outright British champion the fight but Horn's guys didn't want it, chose the lesser fighter from his stable.

Not as much money, and a WAYYYYYY more dangerous fight. Remember, the Australian government is basically coming up with the $$ to pay pac. I doubt a Crawford vs pac fight would have the budget. Horn is Pac's best option, both as far as danger and financially.
