You do realize bob arum is not the main boss of horn, top rank only has minor stake in him and options, same with joe parkee who is promoted by duco. Their lead promoters call the shots.

I figured with Arum getting him a fight with Pacquiao, and getting him major exposure on ESPN, he would have more than a minor role in Horn's career.
