You and Daggum should get a room. You literally explained away every victory Ward ever achieved which makes you absurd and certainly illogical. You can explain away any fight sir! "Foreman would have murdered Ali he was hot and emotionally distraught"... "Tunney got a long count against Dempsey, Tunney was a fraud", and on and on we could go.

You are usually in my estimation a decent poster, so let me just pounce lightly here: No matter how much you may detest a fighter it is silly to explain away more than a fight or two at most... If you thought about it you would probably see how silly this is...as in thought about it minus the haterade. GGG has never fought near the level of comp Ward fought...so you proceed to explain away all Ward's victories Come on Dempsey!!
You cannot preserve your credibility if you are going to say that GGG has not fought anywhere near the caliber opponent that Ward has. Jacobs, Brook, Canelo are every bit as good or better than Froch, Kessler and Kovalev. Plenty of fighters have ducked GGG, can't recall anyone ducking Ward. With the lone exception of maybe Adonis Stevenson who is a joke.

Ward's claim to fame is the 168 lb. tournament. Again, if GGG had that resume, I know his haters would be tearing apart Abraham, Kessler, Froch, Dawson, insisting they were bums and hype jobs had anyone else defeated them.

But, as we circle to my opening question, which the consensus appears to be about money, that is, Ward would go to 160 to fight Floyd for the money, but not GGG at 160. If that is the excuse we are riding with, then we have the double-standard of the haters once again, because they claim GGG ducked Ward. So hypothetically, what if GGG refused to fight him at 168 because there was no money in it? Would GGG be let off the hook because he would rather fight Froch or Chavez Jr. for big money than Ward...who is not a draw on any night?

Look at your second paragraph and ask yourself if you should be worrying about what other idiots think...worry about the truth. The truth is that Ward cleaned out his division no matter what any hater would think hypothetically.

I don't know how you can argue that the competition is similar, lets agree to disagree about that one. i don't think my credability is challenged on that point lol, you might want to look in the mirror though.

My argument is not who ducked who it is looking at the logic of the situation and the paucity of anything other than heresay, we don't have a clue regarding who ducked who...it just makes sense that if Ward is going up to fight Kovalev, who was universally considered a more dangerous opponent, and given that Ward never really ducked anyone, that he would not have a particular fear of Triple G.

We will agree to disagree on the relative merits of Froch and other tough middle weights as I see no evidence that GGG is any better, and maybe not as good. I certainly don't think you can compare their competition, most people will tell you Ward fought much better comp.

Finally I will once again use an example of a real fighter who Yo Yo'ed with his weight and paid a heavy price, that would be Roy Jones. Its not worth it and Ward would have every reason to believe GGG was not worth the risk of doing so.
