Ward was willing to fight Floyd at 160 but not GGG

Article features interview with Ward where he said he was willing to come down to 160 to fight Floyd, but as we all know he wasn't willing to come down to 160 to fight Golovkin. He claimed he would fight him at 164/5.

This should put the ducking debate to rest as it relates to GGG and Ward. Looking forward to the Ward fan excuses.

Its called a bravado statement, he could never make 160, strange you cant read between the lines with these things when it suits your agenda.

Ward would destroy GGG I think we all know that by now.

Would Golovkin have paid him the same as Floyd?? He had no interest in Floyd other than money, like everyone else. Same as Golovkin saying he'd go down in lb for Floyd but not Canelo.

You clowns that want to convince the world that he was scared of Golovkin are fooling no one. He sent him a reasonable contract and was declined. Golovkin is too small anyway.

So basically you just interpret what anyone says to suit your agenda? Got it.

The predictable excuses are already flowing in. So now we need to "read between the lines". Or it was about money. If it was about money then why did Ward even claim to want GGG at a catch weight? Floyd at 160 is a money fight but GGG is only a money fight at 165?
