He beats Pac, Floyd, Prime Tito, Duran from 147 to 154, Cotto, Mosley, and maybe Oscar. That is an ATG if you ask me. He was also the most ducked fighter in his prime. If Crawford and Spence are receiving all this praise, I have no doubt that prime Williams wouldn't receive the same.
