Should've been Charlo vs Lara.

I can KIND of see where Charlo is coming from. He wants the big names and he feels disrespected having to fight a "no name" guy. He wants the big money fights. But now he's faced with fighting a high risk/low reward guy. He knows Lubin is a threat otherwise he wouldn't be so mad if this was a cake walk bum. With that said I lean towards Charlo because of experience. But he better focus because if he sleeps on Lubin he could be sleep on fight night.Comment

Yeah Gausha is pretty basic and really hasn't beaten anyone of note yet. He's got solid fundamentals but I don't see any way he can beat Lara. Nobody he's fought has prepared him for the skill set he is about to face and he doesn't have KO power. He's shown a solid chin so far but he might be in for a beating in this one. I don't see Gausha being champion at 154 so might as well roll the dice with Lara and hope he ages or has some injury mid fight. Gausha wouldn't beat Hurd or Charlo either. Either way we will learn a lot about the intangibles Gausha brings to the table and he will provide more resistance than Yuri Foreman lol.Comment

Charlo twins don't get the respect they deserve around here. To think that people had the J Rock fight billed as 50 50 fight was mind boggling. Feels like they've been plying their trade for years and they've looked good doing it.Last edited by REMOVE SHARK 55; 09-07-2017, 02:44 PM.Comment

Charlo Brothers are good and I don't mind a fighter having a surly nature but there is some arrogance there too that is a little off-putting for me; Jermell has some decent wins over Vanes, Hatley, Jackson and I guess Rosado too but nobody that really seemed like a legitimately dangerous foe. At least his brother has the Trout and J-Rock wins on his ledger to back up the arrogance.
I have to admit that there is something that I like about Lubin's style even tho he hasn't really fought anyone of note. I think this may be too much for Lubin to early in his career but I think he's also the most dangerous guy that Charlo will have stepped into the ring with to date. I will be pulling for the young kid in this matchup.Comment
