I just agree with Andre Ward on him.

And, I think he is as much hype as reality.

    But, we will see.
Unreasonable, childish, petty hate, if you ask me. You keep bringing up Ward when he's not even in his weight class.

It's even ****** to refer to him as hype, yet you want him to fight the number 1 p4p, Ward and in his own weight. Which is ******ly inconsistent. If you see him as hype, then he should not be in the same sentence as Ward. Know what I mean?

It says more about you than "lil G".

I will go on record right now as predicting it does barely 500K.

This fight doesn't have any mainstream appeal. Nobody cares but the hardcores and the Bumlovkin fanbois...

I mentioned Ward because it was Andre who coined the nickname Lil g, and for what I thing are valid reasons.

When you tell every reporter who puts a mike in front of you that you will fight anyone from 154 to 168, but find a way to only fight at 160.

When you even make plans and send offers to 168 pounders, but you make excuses for why you can't face THE BEST at 168.

When you simultaneously tell everyone it isn't about money 'cause you REALLY want to fight Ward then say there is no money in fighting Ward.

When you demand an unreasonable catchweight of 164 for Ward, but won't even consider a catchweight for the most lucrative fight you can have.

            Yeah, Lil g fits.

I think if there was no Mayweather/McGregor, this fight does 2M buys easily.

              Now?

I am pretty sure it does around a third of that, but again I hope I am wrong and will be happy if I am.
I think there is no chance it does less than 700K buys. I think it is the same range as Canelo-Chavez but even that would be a little of a disappointment. I would think anything less than 1.2MM is a disappointment, 1.5MM is solid and 2MM huge success given multiple challenges.

But this is all just business talk, I'll be watching and paying for the fight in one way or another.

I don't even believe it came from GGG out of the blue when we all know it is customary for the so-called "media" that crowds around him or any champion for that matter asking the darnedest questions. If you ask Spence, for example, if he would fight lil G, what is he supposed to say? Well, he just called out GGG and Canelo recently, so why didn't that get any traction?

Why even take it seriously, I find myself shaking my head. Didn't Ward called out Mayweather and said he will fight him at 160?

Anytime I see that I know immediately I'm 99% dealing with a hater.

They throw out the same drone argument and when you get into the details they just start repeating themselves. Getting down to it, it becomes obvious for a lot of the haters that 'lil G' is the wrong color for them.

Golovkin called out Bhop at 175 several years ago. Bhop responded, "I'm not the one calling out the little man." Bhop even fought LHW Former 175 Kazakh champ, Shumenov.

                      Way off base.

This is actually the first year Lil g is fighting anyone his own size that can be called elite or near that.

I thought he lost to Jacobs but it WAS close.

A win over Canelo and he begins to get the respect from me that you think he deserved beating the Willie Monroes, Curtis Stevens and Dominic Wades of the world.
