"Kazakhstan has over 140 different ethnic groups, many of which share the experience of the Korean diaspora. As a result, the Koryo Saram are not discriminated against and are a largely accepted group within Central Asia. Many Koreans living in Kazakhstan and the former Soviet Union have married Russians and Kazakhs. As a result, most current Koreans in Central Asia are of mixed background and heritage."

What is the point of a weight class if nobody abides by it during the fight? If we have weight classes, then fighters should be weighed in right before the fight. We will see many fighters going up in weight classes all of a sudden.

Jacobs - GGG is a good example. Jacobs probably outweighed GGG by 10-15 pounds. Given that he is also naturally bigger - that's just not a fair fight and takes a piss of weight class system.

And he still hasn't managed to even knock down GGG.

I'm happy you took my BET.

I must ask though, why does the Western world not acknowledge or comprehend mixing? The Japanese have various different phenotypes in their race, and they're very critical about mixing, dating back to old school dynasties. To westerners, asians might look all the same like China or South Korea as a whole...

Kazakhstan has always been a region of old Turkic and Mongolian bloods in the former USSR, but then acquired their own land. These people have the majority of epicanthic folds. Even Gennady's father looks a percentage of Asian decent like many Russians in general. Why can't that be embraced? Even Kazakh's have red hair just like in China.

I don't see GGG fighting to 40. I'd say two more years sounds about right. There could be a possible rematch with Canelo in 2018, maybe a fight with Saunders/Monroe winner, and possible rematch with Jacobs. Somewhere down the line maybe even Charlo. After that, there is nothing left at 160. If he goes to 168 there is not much incentive. Biggest fight would likely be DeGale or Eubank Jr. Ward won't be coming down to 168 or below to fight him and I don't see Ramirez as a compelling match at 168.

There's an 8lb difference, yes, from 160-168, how is not being a 2 Division champ not an incentive? Lol

Sure he can fight till he's 40 but I don't think he can stay undefeated until he's 40.

Might as well talk that talk now while you can. Canelo is about to completely wreck the career of this undefeated prime MW. He's a young 35 so no excuses when Canelo wrecks this guy.

I doubt he puts in five more years. I'll give him two years tops! I don't see ggg as the type of fighter that just hangs around after he gets too far passed his prime!! I'm just ready to see him and Canelo go at it, I hope it ends up being a great fight.

I'm guessing Canelo rematch assuming G wins without KO. If he wins by KO or Canelo wins, there won't be a rematch. BJS after Canelo followed by Jacobs rematch or Charlo. Then, he will retire. I don't see him staying until 40.
