Forgot to laugh at you again; Golovkin ducked Cotto!!!! LOL! One of the dumbest things I've ever heard in boxing forums and that's saying a lot. Now it is ducking someone when your fighting for the Middleweight title and you don't agree that the weight limit is 160lbs. Let's just forget weights and let them decide what ever weight they want to fight. How dumb are you man?

BTW Golovkin actually specified that the 154lbs was only for Mayweather. Which makes sense because anyone would want to fight Floyd. The payday was huge and Floyd (like Hops acknowledged w/DLH) is not a MW.

"Golovkin has stated many times in the past that the Floyd Mayweather fight would be his dream fight and he’s the only one that he would come down to 154-pounds for, the only one that he would come down for by choice, not by being forced. If Floyd decides to come back and decides that’s who he wants, Gennady would make all efforts to try to accommodate him," Sanchez told On The Ropes Boxing Radio.
Abel Sanchez, trainer of WBA/IBF/IBO middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (34-0, 31KOs), says his fighter would still be willing to drop down to the junior middleweight limit of 154-pounds for a bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr. (49-0, 26KOs). Mayweather retired in September after winning a twelve round unanimous decision. There are still pending rumors that he might entertain a return, to chase his 50th win, in 2016.

you ducked that question like Golovkin ducked Ward

..... explain why Mr "anyone from 154-168" was more than happy to defend his title against Rosado at catchweight..... but totally refused to negotiate on weight with Canelo.....?

I'm not going to get into the Canelo waiting for him to age. I don't want to hear that. Golovkin if he isn't prime he is near prime. You won't hear me use that excuse if he loses legit. Canelo is going to have t be a top notch fighter to beat Golovkin. Unlike a lot of Canelo fans who call GGG hype I'm not going to diminish a great win for Canelo if that happens.

As for your comment, you bought the Oscar BS. DLH in fact said he didn't want Canelo fighting GGG until 2017. That's not even getting into the argument that he only signed off on the fight because of the close Jacobs fight. DLH had no interest in the fight taking place in 2016. He used the CW and flat fee as tactics to save face. Juan Manuel Marquez even stated it was clearly a sign by DLH that he didn't want the fight.

As soon as DLH was actually ready to make the fight happen it got signed and even in his own words negotiations went easy. They went easy because he was actually serious about making the fight and not playing tricks. DLH purposely put out BS "offer" knowing it was going no where.

The fight is happening now because that's when DLH wanted it. Mind you I don't believe Canelo was ever ducking GGG, he was just along for the ride. And if you believe Golovkin that's exactly what Canelo told him. It was all GBP. I do believe when Canelo said he was ready to fight Golovkin after the Khan fight he was serious.

So did Ward duck Golovkin initially when this first came up and Ward said he couldn't?

Did Mayweather duck a fight against Golovkin?

When did ducking fighters become not fighting other guys in different weight classes?

Your definition of ducking is 100% idiotic.

no, of course not..... Ward wanted 1 tune-up following 18 months of inactivity..... he approached Team Bullshht immediately following the Smith fight in June 2015..... but suddenly, Mr "anyone from 154-168" demanded a catchweight of 164 LOL

Golovkin was happy to face Froch, Chavez, Chudinov, Hopkins, and Ramirez, at 168..... but not Andre Ward

                call that whatever you like

and btw..... the second time that Roc Nation approached Team Bullshht in Sep 2015, they were turned down in 36 minutes flat..... their response is in my sig

again, you can call that whatever you like

2013 when he is saying fighting Canelo as a Jr. MW not fighitng Canelo at Junior MW for the MW title? But I will acknowledge you are right, at one point in 2013 he was willing to fight Canelo at Jr. MW. So I guess Canelo was ducking him for two years then if he was willing to fight at Jr. MW, just using your logic on ducking.

Yet he faced none of those other guys at 168lbs. Wait so Ward can wait and it isn't ducking but Golovkin has his big fights lined up and if he doesn't abandon everything he's ducking. LOL, sure.

This has been beat to death. I don't believe either guy avoided a fight. Things just didn't work out. And you can't "duck" other fighters in other weight classes.

you should have just said that, and left it there.....

because..... everything else was an unnecessary childish excuse

you do realize that, right..... ?

you do realize that you are lying to yourself by ignoring the post below, right?

why offer Gabe Rosado a catchweight..... and offer Kell Brook a catchweight..... but then totally refuse to negotiate on weight with the SUPERSTARS Cotto and Canelo.....?

NOTE: I never said that Golovkin was a bad fighter

and I never set out to insinuate that Golovkin ducked Canelo

I just corrected your assertion that Canelo is SOLELY to blame, and that Golovkin is totally blameless..... and YOU just clarified that in bold

                      let's leave it there kid
