This isn't surprising. Tank's recent interviews when talking about Loma have all been wishing him the best and crap. Once another fighter's name comes up though his eyes get wide and bright and he starts smiling. When Loma is mentioned he stops. Watch his interviews from the last few weeks.

This is not just Tank ducking Loma it's the whole division. These titlists don't want to risk their belts against him. They're hoping he moves up sooner than later and will basically ignore him until that happens. Rigo is being called out by Magdaleno right now. Who's calling Loma out in his own division? Nobody. And Rigo called Loma out and said he'd fight him at 130. That's why this fight is being negotiated. Loma never called out the smaller guy in Rigo. When they were supposed to fight two years ago Rigo ducked him then. When you call a guy out and then don't go through with it, it's a duck. He better not duck him this time!
