Lets look at who Ali lost to at the end of his career. Trevor fcuking Berbick. We saw what Mike did to him.

Leon Spinks, the toofless wonder. ROFL.

Make me and try it. Why would anyone sign up under a name of a serial killer who targeting women?
Holyfield busted his ass twice. He couldn't handle a blown up cruiserweight.

If you want to talk about his early career, he got taken the distance by Mitch Green, James Tillis, James Smith, and Tony Tucker before he got knocked out by Buster Douglas.

I would say, he didn't fight anyone really good for the first 25 bouts or so of his career. He certainly didn't fight anyone great early on.

Historians know Tyson knocked Douglas out. Only casuals count that as a loss. 13 count dummy b1tch.

Mike beat EVERYONE at that time that was there.

He also knocked Mitch Green out in the street. Broke his jaw and broke his ribs. I met Green, massive.

25 fights was **** back then. Don't get the time confused with today. Fighters took longer to build by the old methods.

Chavez Sr, didn't fight anybody until 45-0.

All I know is that Doug Jones tapped Clays a$$.

Tyson needed guidance, once Don King got a hold of him and made him leave Rooney, it was all over. Douglas was a ****ing bum and nobody expected him to win, not even Douglas himself. Holyfield was just a better fighter, just like Lennox

Hahahahahaha rofl the more you reply the more you expose yourself as a ****** to people who really know boxing.

Mitch Green was a tomato can.

Mike beat nobody. He fought a bunch of bums early, they were nothing.

Let me hear who he fought that was great, early on. Lorenzo Boyd? Donnie Long?

You claiming he beat everyone who was there means nothing. If the division back then was a bunch of nobodies, and it was, then he beat nobody.

Buster Douglas knocked him out in his prime (and for the official record, Douglas did beat him).

The two best guys he fought in his career, he lost to.

What then, is the real significance here?

The point, there is no historical evidence which suggests Tyson was anywhere even close to Ali. Be it in terms of skills, or quality of opposition. Conversely, there is every evidence that Ali was far, far superior to Mike.

            In other words, you DKSAB.

Only ******s claim Floyd runs. Learn to appreciate his science for what truly is. He might not be the most likable character out ther and people with short attention spam think he's boring but you have to accept he's a brilliant boxer. One of the all time greats.

none of these dudes run. a lot of people misuse the term as it applies to boxing.

running and having great lateral / head and foot movement are a false equivalency.

They both have the clownish style but the difference being is that Ali would actually fight his opponents from time to time. Mayweather, on the other hand, never wanted to fight, he was always too defensive, leaning away from the fight and shelling up on the back foot and that's what ticked people off. Doesn't have anything to do with hate, that **** just got boring after a while.

And Rigo is another one with those safety first, clown tactics. Rigo's probably worse than what Mayweather used to do. I literally feel asleep halfway through the Donaire fight and haven't bothered to watch Rigo ever since. People don't want to see that.

Ali moved and threw punches. It really is that simple. Plus he has infinitely more personlaity ,was a heavyweight and fought the best fighters.

Mayweather can barely throw a 2 punch combo while on the move and in reality isn't much of a mover. He allow his upper body to do the work, which is why guys who throw punches in bunches and can get physical, have always caused him problems. Ultimately, he refused to face the best.

                      He was proud of it.

He wrote rhymes about how fast he was and how he couldn't be hit.

Why is that okay for Ali, but Floyd's supposed to just stand in the middle of the ring and fight like he's Siri Salido?
                      You got a small brain.

Ali unlike floyd fought the monster chased them, fought them sll over the world, has nothing to do with style, ali fought foreman in foremans prime, when foreman was a monster, ali was older and said give me that guy ill whoop him i want the biggest baddest scariest guys ill fight them in africa, asia, your moms backyard.

That would be like floyd chasing margarito, pacquiao, ggg and all the scary guys when fans said they wanted it. Ali was the top dog but he did the chasing he wanted challenges

Ali wanted to fight guys at their scariest be cause ali wanted to prove he was the best, floyd openly says i fight guys at the right time for my health.
