No man, towards the end of his career he was just beat up and slowed. In his prime though he was a pretty gifted athlete.

Had very fast feet and good movement for a heavy. Also had underrated boxing skills, a great jab and chin. He had alot of heart as well he was a tough mofo only knocked down twice in his whole career. I think he was a better athlete than any one at the time and still would beat the **** out of dudes.

Ali was doing **** like the pull counter before it was even a thing, he was a beast in his prime.

Cassius/Ali won fixed fights, can the same be said for Tyson?

Insert Tyson instead of Cooper here and Cassius sleeps into the night!

Every time Shavers hit Ali it looked like he was getting stabbed. How the hell does Ali get the win? FIXED, thats how.
Anyone who thinks this is delusional and DKSAB. Tyson wouldn't have won a single round vs. a prime Ali.

Ali took punches from the greatest knockout artist the heavyweight division ever saw in George Foreman, laughed in his face in the ring after Foreman hit him with his best shot, and actually asked Foreman if that was all he he had. Foreman replied "Yep, that's it" before he knocked Foreman out. And just so you know, prime Foreman KOs Mike pretty easily.

Greatest chin heavyweight division ever saw. Greatest hand speed, greatest footwork too. Do not disrespect Ali by comparing him to Mike.

ali got a ton of crap earlyin his career. he shut everybody up by predicting a lot of his knockouts by he round.

there's also that whole, you know, toughest resume ever thing. which kinda matters

            foreman in his prime
frazier in ihis prime and 2x more
norton prime and 3x. fought with a broken jaw.
holmes prime. fought when he should have been long retired
vicious, all time punchers ronnie lyle and earnie shavers
            liston 2x
aged greats, basically every contender out there, one after the other after the other after the other, with a layoff in the middle of his career becasue he wouldn't go to f#cking vietnam, a crazy war we had no business in fighting.

yeah, why don't people hate muhammad ali?

he could literally predict every punch of his opponents, it wasnt just fast reflexes. watch 2:13, he jabs liston 3x and knew exactly what liston would do before liston knew himself haha

Said if before and I'll say it again: people hate Floyd because his story had no arc. Ali was 'humbled' (defeated) and had to rise again, which won some fans over and started him down the path of eventually becoming a beloved figure by fans. Same for Lewis, and any other bad boy/villain/heel persona in boxing. When someone wins nonstop in any sport, the fans react negatively because they feel that there must be some anti-competitive reason behind their constant winnings.

Floyd was never taken down a peg, and the fans are forever going to hate him for it.

Ali recently passed away (R.I.P.) and his health was compromised a lot in his life after boxing. This made fans appreciate him because they appreciate people more once they are gone, or in a bad way. It's unfortunate but that's just how it is.

You've gotta remember though, Ali was hated when he was at the top, then once he lost a few times and was having trouble talking, they started appreciating him. Floyd is hated right now, but once he retires and boxing isn't nearly as entertaining and there's nobody even close to as good as him who stands out like that, fans will start to give him his respect and admiration as one of the greatest of all time.

Foreman took a dive, fix was fixed.

Doug Jones tapped Cassius' as$. Go watch it.

Cassius was a sucker for a left hook and Tyson ends his career early. Can't fix a guy trying to knock you out.
