But Floyd didn't do it. Why are you acting like Margarito beating Cotto means Floyd beat Cotto?

If Floyd doesn't retire and man's up and fights Cotto like Uncle Roger thought Floyd would do, Cotto vs Margarito never happens.

But since Floyd "retired", Cotto fought someone else.

      Cotto should have rematched Mosley.

Hatton should've rematched Collazo before the cherry picking Floyd got a hold of Hatton

This 2008 version of Cotto was Cotto in his prime.

That would have been a hell of a fight. There's no question that prime Cotto of 2008 had the best chance against Mayweather compared to the 2012 version.

But it is what it is, it's in the history books. Floyd strangely retired, then came back. For whatever reasons, his hands, competition or whatever.

But he came back and continued being successful so I have to give the man credit for that. Floyd is a hell of a boxer. There is no doubt in that.

He waited for Cotto to be damaged goods. That's why his fans discredit the Margarito/Pac loss and call them cheaters to make Floyd's win over Cotto as something special. They do the same with Gatti even though Gatti has gotten handled before Floyd.

Prime Cotto was lucky to get a decision against past prime Mosley. Cotto was never that good.

Prime Mayweather was lucky to get a decision against Castillo.

Mayweather was lucky to get a decision against DLH which is why his knees buckled and he started crying.

Mayweather was lucky to get a decision against Maidana.

Hatton was lucky to get a decision against Collazo before Floyd even fought Hatton.

                What's your point?

He was lucky to get a decision and then got KTFO. He wasn't that good. Who did he clearly beat at WW to make him a great fighter?

Look at Cotto's WW record it's not all that. He had another close either way fight with Joshua Clottey. Joshua fucking Clottey.

You're trying to hype him on some fantasy that Mayweather ducked him, because you can't use his record to do it.
