Then how long is Eddie Hearn is going to hide Anthony Joshua away from Deontay Wilder? After the Klitschko rematch, Hearn is discussing potential bouts with Tyson Fury, Kubrat Pulev, David Haye and Shannon Briggs. However, what about Wilder? No one ever mentions his name; Much less as a potential opponent for AJ?

Wilder doesn't have to audition for a fight with Joshua. Wlad doesn't want the fight in the UK. If Wlad doesn't do the rematch, they say that Joshua's mandatory is Pulev. Pulev??? Really? How did he become a mandatory? Oh he beat Maurice Harris, Chisora, Sam Peter and Kevin Johnson. So Joshua would rather fight Pulev instead of Wilder who owns a trinket as well. Joshua paid the trinket holder Martin 8 mil and paid Brazeale to come to the UK, but won't pay Wilder his biggest threat.

Eddie Hearn and Don King. If neither of them were involved then I would have no problem calling this a duck but those guys are snakes. I would have no trouble believing that this is nothing more than a blatent attempt by the two of them to have the WBC strip Wilder and have Joshua and Stiverne fight for the vacant belt.

Wilder can not entertain a fight with Whyte if Stiverne refuses to step aside. If he wishes to keep that belt he either has to fight Stiverne, Parker or Joshua. Joshua is at the very least tied up with Pulev with a possible Klitschko rematch before then and even if Parker hadn't decided to go the lower risk / higher reward route of Hughie Fury / Tony Bellew I very much doubt he risks a fight with Wilder.

As much as people are going to whine about it it has to be Wilder vs Stiverne. He can't get out of it.

Yeah, Wilder hasn't exactly fought the best on offer but in this case I don't see what his options are.

No they aren't. And Pulev showed his worth by almost getting killed against Wlad.
