And the guy in your Avi also went life & death with bums too...SON!Hahaha! Keep crying homeboy! Hahaha!
The guy in my avi woulda k1cked the **** out of sucker ray leonard and moronic marvin hagler at the same time. In the ring or in the streets.
Going life and death with bums is "damn good" is it?
When hagler was 20-0 he needed split decision to beat a bum who was 6-2-1. Not exactly the stuff of legends is it?
Hahaha.
Briscoe was a shell of a man when bully hagler fought him.
Briscoe at his best would put hagler to sleep.
Haglers skill is overrated and he had average punching power at best.Comment

Fair enough, it's good to talk boxing with some reasonal people. But i would bet my money on Hagler. But here is my take on Roy Jones,Jr. He had no more than 5 fights as a middle wgt & other than James Toney he didn't beat anyone else worth mentioning in that division. Now at 168 Roy Jones is the best! But at LightHeavy wgt that distinction goes to Michael Spinks.Comment

Everything is debatable if you want it to be. Look at Hagler's boxing skills. He could fight equally well from either stance. He had great combinations. He could fight from the outside and from the inside. World class chin. Good balance. Hagler was an elite fighter.Comment

Not that good and reminds me a lot of Winky Wright.
Think about it...
Haglers best win, Hearns...a guy that was way out of his weight (SSM). If Hearns was a natural Middleweight, Hagler would have been out like a light. Didn't Hearns have a weight issue for that fight anyway?
Duran started at what, 124? Hagler was losing going into the 13th. Barely won!
SRL, legit beat Hagler. Kinda of reminds me of how Williams did Winky. I've seen that fight 20x and being a New Englander I thought Hagler won until I got older and started competing. Once I knew how to score, Hagler loses every time.
Mugabi? Green, who cares!
The rest of those Hamsho type cats, nobody cares.
McCallum, I know he wasn't a mid but he sure as *****t would have met the weight and had a great shot.
Facts: Hagler just wasn't that good against guys his own size.
He never came back cuz he knew the jig was up.
read it and weep...67 fights...62 wins 3 losses 2 draws....all losses and draws avenged except for srl and srl ain't want it again truth be told...arguably the greatest mw of all time...high rank atg...one of the greatest chins in the history of the sport...he didn't just beat guys...he ran through them...retired on top and never even contemplated making a comeback and making a mockery of the sport by becoming a sideshow...show the proper respectComment
