That one's pretty blatant. If I had to play devil's advocate, I'd assume the cop thought his license would be in his pocket where your wallet typically is. When he turns around without saying anything and reaches into the car, the cop thinks he's retrieving a weapon. The fact that the cop kept shooting after the guy has his hands in the air amounts to attempted murder.

My advice after watching this video would be to verbalize all of your actions to an officer. If he asks you for your license, tell him that it is in your car, and ask him for permission to reach back in the car. You never know when you're going to run into a bad cop. It's best to always exercise caution.

You know, on a lsightly different note, from the Americans I've met and the America I have experienced, why is a society that is so ethnically diverse so vastly divided along those same ethnic lines?

I just don't understand. Black Americans have lived, fought for and helped build the country over a period of centuries. Black Britains have a higher quality of life and they have only been around for half a century.

Is this the guy that was shot and his girlfriend was live on facebook? If so yeah i cannot support that shit. That was an inexperience police officer who saw a black guy who just informed him he has a gun on him. What i hate about that video was the way the officer kept treating his girlfirend like dirty. And the fact that the man was dying and all they could do was point a gun at him still even after shooting him multiple times, after seeing a little girl in the back seat and after seeing a screaming/hysterical lady next to him.

Garcia was speaking the truth. Sucks that the guy died, but he shouldn't have been high and spouting out that he had a gun. Have your license and whatever else ready for when the cop comes to the window, shut the f- up, and only speak when spoken to, or don't speak.

Yeah he did it. At his gym, a few years back; A couple of guys there were debating a potential bout between DMX and George Zimmerman for a charity fight in a boxing ring.
