what was the point of all that training, those extra gadgets if the first thing they go for is the strap?
Yeah, if you are trained, you can deal with anything without acting like a cowardly b1tch

But the pool they recruit from is really low grade.

sounds like something a cop would say

castille was doing nothing wrong. he didn't use the best possible judgement in the situation [kept reaching for an ID or a permit when he had a screaming, scared cop pointing a gun at his chest,] but he did not deserve to die, and he's dead because of the mistatkes of a cop. that should be a few years in jail in my book. and dude should no longer be a cop.

when you're stopped with a concealed carry you're supposed to tell the cop you're armed and produce the docs. all cops have concealed carry permits. it's literlaly a part fo the job. so he should have known what to do, and not panicked. he panicked most liekly, or his panic was enhanced, because he feared a black guy in a beat up car in a rough neighborhood. and now that guy is dead.

you should direct your outcry to black on black violence where people are intending to do harm to others, not police officers who don't wake up that day thinking 'oh let me ruin my career and shoot a black guy whilst being filmed on bodycam or dashcam'

but i do understand that you see injustice so it is natural to complain about it

smdh....you do realize every race kills their own at an exponentially higher rate...whites, blacks, mexicans, asians, etc....murder and crimes are based off who is in your proximity and poverty as well.

dude....citizens dont expect to be killed selling loose cigarettes, for busted tail lights, routine traffic stops, walking down the street, kids playing with pellet guns(Tamir Rice), etc..many are polite and compliant

citizens are put in difficult situations when you never know if you are gonna get pulled over or approached by a cop with a hot head, racial prejudice, or he is simply looking for action

the list goes on and on

what is they afraid of? the fact that people are going to start protecting themselves?

they are trained for those situations.....citizens are not...this crap has went on since the 13th ********* was signed

          http://abcnews.go.com/US/court-oks-b...story?id=95836

A man whose bid to become a police officer was rejected after he scored too high on an intelligence test has lost an appeal in his federal lawsuit against the city.

Proving my point. America is actually looking for ****** cops and turning away people that are too smart.

              http://www.iqcomparisonsite.com/occupations.aspx

They have cops with an IQ of 85 on the force.
An police dog has an IQ of 70.
It's a wonder these cops can tie their shoe laces let alone deal with the public.

What the training, here is your gun, point it at the bad guy and press the trigger.

None of that answers my specific questions.

Please dont deflect to black on black crime. Its a different subject altogether. This happened in Minnesota by the way. Not Chicago or Philly.

If this cop brought in RACE in his assessement of the situation, that automatically makes him guilty. You realize that right?

well the officer "feared for his life" and in Amerikkka, that's all you need to justify killing a black person.

The only way we can change this (which it isn't entirely true), is to pay police more... which would be extremely hard to do. You'd have to pay me 150K a year as a patrol man to deal with all of the Idindunuffinists out there.

If you're black in a somewhat skeptical traffic stop, you're 20% less likely to be shot by the police.

Wake up and do your homework.
