Those low blows were really bad, but there's no chance the result should/will get overturned. There are a lot of wins that are marred by dirty tactics, unfortunately the vast majority are let go unpunished. Sometimes the ones that do get 'punished' are also ridiculous. It's just boxing, sadly.
Should the ward v kovalev result be overturned?

I told everyone he would quitThat was very obviously on the belt line, where Weeks says it's okay. Kovalev was acting. I never knew Kovalev would try to act his way out of a fight. In this fight it was clear in his body language that he was done physically, he just didn't want to be in there. I think we can all agree that Kovalev just didn't look good in there regardless of the outcome. His body language just showed it.Comment

Boxing is corrupt. There are too many blatent infractions that are let go. The fight should be reviewed for sure. It's up to the powers that be to make a decision. At the very least looking into the matter will send a message. I thought the referee did a poor job. His job is to make sure the rules are followed and each fighter is treated fairly.Comment

Those "low blows" were shots to the lower abs, no nuts involved. There is no way anyone can show otherwise - the footage is there for everyone to see.
If Ward really did hit Kovalev low, his glove would have ****** up into Kovalev's vagina.Comment

you shouldnt and certainly be not allowed to stop a fight in such a manner no matter who you think was winning. clearly a low blow and thats the punch you go on..THE LAST ONE THROWN..really to me posters are getting dumber by the year even the ones i think as the smarter ones on here..you even had knuckle head so called experts on here stating that kovalev was ducking below the waiste line when he was at chest level to Ward??? ..
