Anyway I voted no. I don't like the stoppage we got but I do think one was inevitable. Ward did a lot of clean work to the body. The sequence that ended the fight wasn't that, but mistakes happen in the moment. I don't think Ward set out to intentionally foul Kovalev and I think Weeks was more concerned about Kovalev's health than the legality of the shots he was getting hit with.
Should the ward v kovalev result be overturned?

Yeah part of the problem is that every clip I've seen of the end either is shown from the overhead view where both fighters are on the side, or it has Weeks walking in front of the thrown punches.Comment

thats why guys get hit in the back of their heads. they position themselves where the only place a punch will land is at the back of the head.Comment

what view are you trying to look for? that was a clear low blow. even unintentional, should not be a stoppage but instead give a fighter to recover.
kov is ready to go, that low blow diminished what he have done earlier on that round. Is it intentional? i don't think so. this is all on weeks.Comment

look what you had to do to get a good view. do you think you could have spotted that in real time ?

it was 2 grown men fighting. shlt happens. the way the low blow klan make it out to be, the only way sog won was the ''low'' blows.
LET A KOV FAN POST UP THE BLOWS PRIOR TO THAT ONE !!
