Congratulations to Spence. He proved he wasnt just an"hype job". First true power welterweight ive seen in sometime.
Brook fought hard and even passed his bodies ability. If you look at the eyeball it didnt look right. He was pawing at in earlier in the fight. It did bother him. If you see double vision its hard to land and get out of the way.

Agree, anyone saying Brook was dominant wasn't watching the same fight. The first 6 rounds were sloppy as hell, with Brook edging it as he was the one making it sloppy and Spence couldn't work out how to manage it. It was only when Brook visibly slowed in the 7th that Spence was able to take over.

GGG ruined brook. any type of swelling to any of his eyes reminds him of the GGG massacre and he's gonna quit every time. brook is mentally scarred. it wasn't even that swollen but he remembered what GGG did to him and he said fck it lets go home.

props to spence he was getting strong as the rounds went on showing his impressive conditioning. his body work was on point but that defense was sloppy. brook uppercuts were connecting all night.

Spence vs. Thurman will crown the real top dog at 147.

Good fight, but now i´ve seen Spence against this level of opposition i realized that he is not as good as i thought he was. He can get better though.
I think Thurman and Garcia beat him. He was too open for Garcia counters, and not sharp enough to beat Thurman. He has great stamina, and a lot of room for improvement.
And Brook, well, i didn´t think he was special either, i can´t blame him for not wanting to get blind. As he said, he lives to fight another day. He won´t beat Thurman but i think he could outpoint Garcia.

Literally no idea what you said, but it wasn't as funny as the last Wilder fight I watched.

You're claiming Rigo as one of your own now then?

couldnt agree more. Kell Brook pre GGG fight would have won this fight on decision... The weight cut drained his ability to fight through the 12... Gassed after round 6, and the eye damage also caused by GGG played a vital part in the loss. I preferred Brook to have lost to Thurman, as you said Thurman is a hard man to beat, cant see anyone beating him besides Floyd and that aint gonna happen. Spence won cuz Brook slowed and let him back in, spence never adapted after the first 6 rounds wen he was down on cards... He just tried rushing Brook and wasnt too successfull at it. Spence continued to do the same thing all fight and Brook caved, spence won. No 2nd coming of a mega star i dont think.

We need Fury back, all we have over here in the UK now is AJ!
Fury is a PED user sport does not need him and British Boxing is now the home of boxing.
