For everyone talking about how Brook was dominant in the beginning, sure. He was winning the battle, appeared to be boxing well. However, he was losing the war. Spence was drumming his body. Shot after shot, to midsection and solar plexus. I said nit in the RBR thread, if Brook could sustain that, itd be amazing. He couldn't. And thats why he lost the war. He slowed down just enough in the middle rounds that Spence was able to start catching him with his hard stuff. And that was the fight basically.

Ironic that another eye injury took him out this time. Spence was very poised and controlled throughout the fight. Excellent performance.

Right here with you man. Grew up in Sheffield, doing my phd at Sheffield uni. Spence fought one hell of a fight and I'd root for him against anyone but Thurman (who is ma man) from now on. There are some UK guys who are idiots, but not all of us, hopefully

I think the nerves more than anything was getting to Spence early on but he handled it like a true champion and got Brook out of there and brought the belt back to the states!! I wonder how Kell Brook fans are going to treat him now that he quit.. He has to bounce back from this and prove himself once again. I don't think he can hang at 154 he needs to stay at 147. Now he has to take even less money for a Khan fight who is now the A side again but much respect to Brook he did a hell of a job until that last round nothing to be ashamed of.

first full spence fight i've seen, hes very good but i was expecting more. he is quite sloppy and wild with his hooks and cant really fight on the back foot. excellent body puncher though and proved he has a chin.

brook quit. simple as. the weight effected him no doubt, looked steamed 2nd half of the fight. the body punching also contributed to this but i think it was more the weight. no one human can drop from 160 lean to 147 and be the same

Spence has a very leaky defense.
Its a matter of time before he gets stopped and out boxed .

We will never know how the weight drop and shedding off muscle did to brook.

It messed up roy vs tarver in fight 1 and 2. And it messed up bird as well.

Brook didnt look strong .
