first full spence fight i've seen, hes very good but i was expecting more. he is quite sloppy and wild with his hooks and cant really fight on the back foot. excellent body puncher though and proved he has a chin.

brook quit. simple as. the weight effected him no doubt, looked steamed 2nd half of the fight. the body punching also contributed to this but i think it was more the weight. no one human can drop from 160 lean to 147 and be the same

Around round 5, Brook started slowing down.

I picked Spence to murder Brook within 10 rounds, but I have to be honest. The eye and the Fatigue hurt Brook more than Spence did. If Brook went the 12 rounds he would have won easily... Spence has a lot of work to do. I think Thurman beats him

It wasn't even the same eye. Golovkin ****ed Kell's right eye socket, Spence had his left eye closed.

This is important. This is the opposite eye.

Cong**** Spence. How Kell survived Round 10 I don't know, best round of the fight for sure. Hopefully we get the Thurman Spence fight next, the winner will be no.1 in the welterweight division. I don't know if it was the same Eye that Golovkin damaged, but they should of never taken that fight. The damage golovkin did to him has ruined his eye, it will be a permanent reccuring issue in future fights, just like it was with Margarito and Matthyse. Kind of disappointed in the trajectory of his career since he won the belt. Hearn partly to blame for not delivering the right big fights at the right time.

I agree. Much respect to Brook. He fought through the 10th like a champ. Many other guys would've stayed down. I have NOTHING bad to say about kell brook. True warrior.

Brook seems when under serious preesure to lose heart and the will to win...going through round 7 kel was up but then spence took it to another level because of his desire to be a world champion.....spence wanted it more than brook its that simple

a) Ballet shares many attributes with boxing.

b) Spence didn't 'destroy' Brook.

c) I'd still pick Spence against anyone at 147, just not as a prohibitive favourite
