  • I'm glad that Joshua showed character and won this fight... I predicted that Wlad would KO AJ late, due to Joshua's inexperience in walking through the championship rounds...

Klit is a coward. He was afraid of getting countered while he tryna finish Joshua. He's always been a coward, but it is that same cowardice that has made him such a good technician so you can't have it both ways.

His cowardice has helped him win a WHOLE LOT of championship fights but today it was a weakness.

Not saying Wilder will. But now everybody will call Joshua out, and he will pick easiest fights. I am sure he wont fight King Kong or Wilder in 2017 nor first half 2018. Maybe he can get the fat Fury in that ring.

Its not that Klit was safety first hes 41 years old and cannot let his hands go like that anymore. With old fighters first thing to go is explosiveness and punch output. Any young heavyweight would have been all over Joshua just like he was on Klit.

Completely agree, all I could think of was him needing to throw some combos. He definitely should have distracted him with the jab constantly to land that right. Alas it went the way it did but damn a lot of us didn't think Wlad still had that much of a tank left.

                • Lol at those people bring up Wilder. Y'all must be casuals. Or trolls. Either AJ or this current version of Wlad stop that no skill bum.

Mad respect to both AJ and Wlad, though. Wlad in particular at 41 showed me more than he did in a lot of his victories in terms of skill and WILL... AJ showed toughness and heart that many accuse him of not having.

                  • Good fight. Joshua answered some questions but this fight was there for Klitschko to win in the 6th. He took his foot off the gas & wasn't pushing it enough with 1:41 left in the round. That uppercut Joshua hit him with in the 11th pretty much ended it but Wlad took a few more shots. Joshua answered some questions today but to me he looks vulnerable. Wilder & Parker must be feeling better about facing him. This fight also makes Tyson Fury look that much better. Klitschko landed only 52 punches is 12 rounds against Fury. There is no doubt in my mind the heavyweight division goes through Tyson Fury. He is the man to beat. All the rest need to beat him to be considered the real champion. That is of course if he does come back. Right now it's like when Mike Tyson was champion & Michael Spinks was still undefeated & had only lost his belt after being stripped by the IBF. Many still thought until Tyson beat Spinks he wasn't the champion. Same situation here at Joshua is holding the belts Fury vacated.
