The extra weight helped him deliver & take harder shots. That's coming in OW 101. You should know that.

He wont have to make any adjustments it's Jacobs that will have to. Dude didnt throw enough punches got outlanded and put on his a**. How was this fight controversial. Wasnt it was a hardfought but clear win for GGG. Judge fights by fighting , not by who you want to win or by other people , many of who don't know s*** about boxing. Don't let their constant complaining because a guy gets some attention. GGG won a hard fought unanimous decision. Jacobs needs to get back on hrose and get in line . There are other fights out there to put him back in that spot. How about fightin Eubank or challenging Saunders to a fight for that WBO belt.?

Next!!!!!! Jacobs SHOULD beat GGG leftovers first (lemuex or geal, , murray) before GGG will consider to fight this cheat again, this cheaky mfer lasted 12 rounds and feels like he is entitled for a rematch right away lool.

His trainer said he was hurt that's why he cant fight canelo after the Chavez Jr fight. Now tell me his trainer didn't say that.

On what the hold up has been on finalizing that fight:
“Well they’re saying at the moment, they’re saying that Golovkin’s injured. So we’ll wait and see where this is all going. But as far as I’m concerned we’ve agreed terms, so much so that we made an interim fight, we paid a guy to step aside to enable it all to happen. So we’ve done everything we can to deliver that fight and Bill deserves it. He’s been let down by, you know, dare I say the name Eubanks, all that [messing] around with him.

“And one thing about Bill, he’s got the pen in his inside pocket. He’s signed to fight anybody, has never been a problem with him. The one thing about Billy Joe Saunders, you’ve never had him saying he’s not going to fight. He’s the guy who always wants to fight.”

What's the point of having weight classes, if fighters are allowed to blatantly go beyond them? Jacobs thought the extra weight would help him. It did, but not enough.
If the guy makes the weight, he makes the weight. A fighter who drains down measures the risk/reward equation and has to live with the consequences in the ring. Its an interesting wild card, and an intriguing part of the game.
