First it was Kovalev being the bodyguard for GGG against Ward. Now Lemieux is the bodyguard for GGG against Jacobs

I don't like it. Weight classes were introduced to make fights fair. However, some people want to find an advantage which doesn't involve their skills, but rather their weight. This defeats the purpose of establishing weight classes in the first place.

oh here we go with Larry and Cobra. Why cant he win a fight first. He didint win the one he had it was close , but what makes you think he deserves another shot. I bet you guys were all saying Pac dont deserve no rematch with Mayweather. So no tell Jacobs to earn his rematch.

Yeah, but any miscalculation and the whole scenario backfires. To me, it makes for an interesting wrinkle.

No only haters think GGG lost. Most people who know boxing know GGG won. Objectively speaking if a fight is close and one guy landed more punches overall and in most individual rounds, was more accurate both overall and in the vast majority of individual rounds AND score the only knock down its hard to see that guy losing the fight. Granted, Jacobs fought a great fight and made it close but he objectively he didn't do enough to win. He did more than enough to earn a rematch but that is a different argument and one I wouldn't dispute.

But that's not what YOU said in YOUR prior comment: "We all know lil g lost. Cut it out. Jacobs put lil g out of commission right now. Don't try to circle around the FACTS." There is not a single, factual statement in that comment. Those statements are your opinions and theories.

So now you're trying to provide support for your opinions, but you're just taking different bits of information and building an argument around them. That's fine, but it doesn't make YOUR conclusions a FACT.

I mean, come on, man. "We all know lil g lost." That's a fact? Please. I was impressed with Jacobs -- he fought a smart fight and exceeded expectations. The fact that he's a cancer survivor and competes at this level blows my mind. But I don't think he won that fight. So your "we all know" statement certainly is not a fact.

"Jacobs put lil g out of commission right now." That's a theory...admittedly, a pretty good one. But to call it a fact goes too far. And then, to put FACT in all caps like your some kind of gangsta authority on the subject, that's laughable.

It amazes me how they go about things when you switch the skin color up a bit. This exact scenario for other fights would have had a different opinion, but hey.. that demo young doe
