3 weeks ago the excuse was have to take one in lifetime money for June expo and we still have time to make sept date. Now well no expo money and can't make sept date if we fight in July but screw it canelo fight won't happen anyway? Based on what? Nothing has changed on golden boy end and their position all year. If they really wanted canelo they would cut bait with this garbage saunders fight and make the canelo fight the moment Chavez fight is over. If that falls in negotiations you can always fall back and fight saunders. If you an move the date from June to July 17. Then you can move July 17 to Aug 17 if canelo talks fall apart. The fact that there is no June pressure date and they still want to go with saunders fight over canelo is a pure duck move.
