Floyd never fought an "elite" fighter in their prime. Corrales, Castillo, Judah are not elite caliber fighters. I would rate Jacobs higher than any of them. Corrales and Castillo were flat-footed Latinos plodding forward, made for Mayweather. Judah was a good, B-level fighter who can't win the big one. Jacobs possesses superior footwork and quickness over any of them.

He started his tantrums because Floyd adjusted and started beating him like a drum

They are made by people that started watching the sport around the time Golovkin emerged. If you watched Judah in the early/mid 2000s I don't see how you could rate Jacobs as a better fighter. Jacobs is solid but nothing special but hey there's got to be an explanation for the fan boys as to why Golovkin didn't impress. It's obvious Jacobs is an ATG, we just couldn't see it.

              Jacobs faster than Judah????

              Bro what????

Judah was probably faster than Floyd himself.

All three of those guys are better than Jacobs.

On a P4P basis, Jacobs is faster on his feet than Judah. For someone his size, he is fast compared to other MWs out there. Judah, was quick on his feet and fast with his hands, but that certainly wasn't enough to equalize the talents of the opponents he lost to. Let's face it, he lost to Baldomir, and then Floyd fights Judah coming off a loss to a flat-footed slugger.

I would probably put Jacobs at the same level as Corley.

The only thing the ggg-jacobs proved is how much I overrated ggg. Floyd was right all along about ggg being straight up and down no special effects. Ggg is not a once in generation fighter. And he will lose to the first B+ level fighter he faces. Jacobs is barely a b- or b level fighter.
