I am tempted to say Diego Corrales but Corrales was just so ****ed up before the fight with all the court, divorce, etc. etc. he was a dead man before the fight, nowhere near the focus of Jacobs beating GGG. I would also say Zab Judah, but he just didn't have the discipline.

You could say judah. Although I don't think zab was in his prime anymore after the kosta ko. Corralles was much slower and destroyed by the weight cut.

Judah was relatively young when he fought Floyd. Twenty eight I believe. So he was still in his prime, but was coming off a loss against a bum in baldomir.

the closest one was Paul Williams. it's a shame him and Floyd never clashed.
