Ward needs to give him a rematch.

The first fight was close enough to warrant it.

Although I believe Ward beats him even easier the second time.

It's going to be the same story. Golovkin will show life in the first half of the fight and then ward will break him down.

Ward lost and knows he will loose again and not get a gift.
Ward fans know it but talk bravado BS when they know Ward lost.

Deep down in your hearts you know it!

        This is cringeworthy

Instead of defending Ward because 'that's what's he's like' start pressuring him anyway you can to sing the damn fight. Just because Ward is a diva by nature it doesn't mean you should condone and defend his actions, even if you're his fan. Don't do the things you're accusing others of.Be a boxing fan.

And boxing fans know who's in the wrong here, no matter how you spin it. And it's not the guy who's trash talking. Which is a part of the game too.

Kovalev may be badass but he's a fool. If he wants to get Ward to the table he needs to start his correspondence with something like, ''Dear Mr Ward...". When will Krusher learn? That kind of talk will only push Dre away.

I've already said several times this year that I don't like the way he's handled the public perception of the negotiations. You want to get preachy but where are you when I criticize him? That's the fked up thing about being fairly neutral on this forum, I catch shyt from one half because I criticize certain things a fighter does, then I catch it from the other side if I praise the same fighter.

Anyhow, I don't get too critical toward ANY fighter when it comes to negotiations because I'd do the same damn thing. My living is partially based on my ability to negotiate jobs. That in itself is a fight so I don't blame guys for getting paid. Boxing is their occupation after all.

Weird, every time I see you talk about this fight on here it's always in the same tone as your first post in this thread. I'll start keeping attention from now on, hopefully I'll get to see those mythical posts.

As for you being neutral, that's not for you to decide.

You think you're neutral. You're not.

This thing needs to happen, soon, or the sanctioning bodies need to take Ward's belts and let Kov and the next highest ranking LHW go at it to decide the real champ. Enough of this smokescreen b.s.

There have been polls taken already friend. Most fans don't agree with what the judges GAVE Ward... a gift. Anyway, I'm not wasting time or arguing with you. Point is, if he doesn't poop soon, he has to get off the pot. No time to waste while he keeps saying how much of a legend he thinks he is, and how he gets everything but the kitchen sink or he doesn't fight. Time to fight. Or be stripped of the belts. It's what happens in this sport with time wasters.
Polls don't give belts bro, it appears that they give pity parties. If Ward never fights kov again he'll go down as 1-0 vs him.

I'm against the idea of rematch. Any fighter should look for new challenges, instead of getting back to old ones. Kovalev fight is not a new challenge for Ward because he got W already, doesn't matter if it was robbery, close fight or one-sided beating, a win is a win

Businesswise, there's no point in rematch either

Kovalev should move up to cruiserweight, that's his only chance for hall of fame, instead of chasing Ward's rematch

We're not political moderators here and don't need to get literal with the term. I just know that I get a lot of compliments about being unbiased and consistent (often from those who say I frequently piss them off) so, I don't think it's a huge stretch for me to label myself neutral.
You can feel free to disagree.

Don't forget it's boxing fans who are panicking because Errol Spence didn't sign to do vada the exact same moment brook did. It's boxing fans who try to play judge jury and executioner when our opinion is just that.

As a boxing fan and as an adult, I don't panic. I'm not personally owed any act by any boxer and I appreciate the game. All the dismay you express won't get him to sign any quicker, so chill.

But he won, that's my point lol
