Ward probably doesn't give two ****s what the contract says at this point. Don't blame him either. Why given in to people who go around saying:

"I can't say I blame him. I'd rather retire than fight Sergey too. I'm sure this is... we'll see. He signed a contract" <-- This from Kathy, a promoter no less

The same crybabies that are here currently, were here crying about Ward before the 1st fight. Get over it, Ward is the unified Light Heavyweight champion.

If there were no need for negotiating, please tell us what venue, date and network were agreed upon for the rematch in the contract. Take your time. Also tell us the details of Ward's HBO deal since his 3 fight deal with HBO would have ended after the Kovalev fight.

this is pointless. you dont even realize how much of an advantage ward was starting with during the negotiations so whats the point? omg it could have been in vegas or new york what a choice for duva! she picked vegas it was her idea! im sure she would have chose russia if it was really up to her but she had limited options because ward will only fight in certain places. in order to get ward in teh ring you have to do whatever he wants. he simply will not take risks or travel as we know from the super six and turning down career high paydays. obv this benefits him a lot and the judges screwed up and gave him the fight, even messin up on clear rounds like roudn 10 so that right there tells you how important lil things like that being in wards favor matter.
