Very mediocre, kinda boring fight, both fought overcautiously and scared. They didnt risk much, it was pathetic, they didnt try to win really, they tried not to get hurt foremost.

Thurman tried for the first 2 rounds though.. after Round 2 it was a snoozefest.

          Eh.

Started out pretty good in the first round and it was close in spots but over all, pretty lousy. Thurman got his track shoes on and Garcia threw about three punches a round. Could have been something but deflated. A real shame.

You got the spotlight because fans wanted to see greatness, not a negga dance around to a close but decisive decision. Fck out of here with this bs.
Very well said. Why doesn't anybody go for the glory anymore?

It was a clear UD for Thurman, and unfortunately, the SD on the cards gives Danny (well, Angel more so) an opening to run their mouths and fish for a rematch. I sincerely hope Thurman and his Team move on to bigger and better things - don't buy into the garbage that the Garcia's will spew.

And for ****s sake, stay active.
What are you talking about? He fought once this year. What more do you want? Haha.

I enjoyed the fight. Kinda went down how I thought it would, Thurman just abit quicker to the punch, better faster footwork.

How do people not capitalize on thurmans lunging in after he throws hooks? Pacman would eat that up all night

Your guys thoughts on the fight?
Sorry to hear that Beercules, hope all is well for you and your device. Thurman almost got robbed and it would have been the fault of him and his corner. Even in flight he connected more and showed good movement ability...But hes playing it too safe and as a young fighter should finish his fights!

Ill never forget what Holyfield said when Lewis was robbed their first fight: something to the effect of "Lewis had me in trouble and should have finished it." and that Lewis had no reason to complain. As much as its a messed up thing to say he had a point. You take it out of the judges hands! Put an exclamation point on your victories.

people ***** about Ward here constantly but ward makes sure he dominates his competition and does not try to coast to victory. Hatton, after he beat Zoo was never as good for a similar reason. Instead of fighting every round he would try to win the round and dry hump the rest of the round to keep his streak alive.

Thurman should really take the risk, get a damn loss already and Fight like you want to show the fans you are a winner! That robbery would have screwed up boxing and good!

Yeah I was thinking the same **** lol

He was getting lit the f**k up in the opening round, but he kept his composure. I'll give him that much.

I was actually thinking for a brief second that Keith might end up stopping homie in the first round...

I think it was a decent fight, Thurman hurt him early n i think thats what scared Danny a bit made him hesitate, Danny didnt push the action so it was an easy L for him

Thurman came out throwing bombs lol
