I get a feeling that $15m will come off the table once the numbers are out for this. They really should've accepted it.

Ya'll are some cheap bastards Just spend the $300-$600 and enjoy the fight. Book now and you can get round trip to NY for under @250. Don't even have to get a motel. Just leave at 7am the next morning

Lee isn't adding any seats. If people won't pay $300 to see GGG they damn sure ain't paying that to see Lee. If people would pay $300 to see Lee he'd be headlining his own card.

Let's face it, Daniel Jacobs has never been able to even come close to filling an arena at any of his fights, none of them.

The guy has wins over Quillen who's been proven to have been nothing more than an over hyped regular joe and two wins over Sergio Mora. That's about all he's got on his resume which isn't saying much. The guy can't even sell tickets in his own home town vs Golovkin, what else do you need to know that he's not a draw, never has been one and never will be.

Again, the prices were too much because you only have one side of the equation that's selling tickets to this fight and that's Golovkin.

Loeffler should have let it go to a purse bid at which point Jacobs side would have either had to pony up %70 of the purse to Golovkin or drop his belt. Only thing I can think of is HBO upped their end of the tv deal money to keep this fight from potentially ending up on Showtime if Haymon/DiBella were to win the purse bid.

So this is Jacobs fault? No this is the cheap fans of GGG who won't go support him when he raises his price to the level of a Cotto or Canelol

I would have done this (not $300 ticket though) If I knew what my schedule would have looked like. But what the hell are you going to do until 7am? Even when I fly to Vegas for a fight, I still get a room if I'm leaving on the morning flight lol

Plenty to do in NY until 7am. When I go to NY I don't leave out for the night until 1am. After the fights go out to eat and drink and party. Get to the airport around 5am and sleep there until your flight is ready.

I think its fair, all the decent price seats are sold. ain't nobody in their right minds should be paying $200 for an upper level ticket! Hell no F new york prices.

Exactly if Canelo or Cotto were fighting Jacobs they would NOT be having problems selling tickets. This is about GGG and him not having the fan support idiots on here think he has. Sure if they are cheap tickets and they giving away freebies like his LA fight he can draw some crowds. But If he can't move tickets when they are priced like the big boys then it shows he's not on these guys level and shouldn't be asking for comparable money.
