If it was Floyd saying this you all would be bl$@$ng him. Ward who hasn't lost since 12 cleaned out whole SM division no cherry picking round robin easily won now he won a close fight he is the A side for rematch what is the problem ? You all hate on Ward GGG it's always the same now you made Canella the new Floyd rules don't apply to him amazing. Pretends he can't make MW now fighting at 165 instead of being insulted you worship him more .

So kell brook signs contract on very last deadline after two extensions, we hear crickets from fans. Hughie signs contract to fight Parker very last day before deadline, we hear crickets from fans. Andre receives no deadline for negotiations nor has he defaulted any contract, he's treated like chit. Andre is the bigger name, Andre is the winner of the 2 and he is the champ. He will not be pressured by online zealots and fanboys. He will not be pressured by failing promoters and already conquered, extremely desperate foes. The time for making demands was before you lost, not that you have, you'll be dictated to as those seeking a champions attention should be.

when brook is actively looking for bigger fights you can't say he's ducking anyone. and even if you did he ended up taking the fight with spence so there's nothing for anyone to say.
now it's hard to say ward is ducking kovalev since he already fought him. but part of it is because most people though he lost. the other part of the problem is that he seemingly has absolutely nothing else going on and it looks like he's just sitting there and not willing to take the rematch. that fact that he says he would be fine with retiring right now combined with his recent 3-4 year history of doing nothing, it's hard for fans to just assume he's actively looking for other fights.
if ward considers himself the best as he's mentioned in the past then he has to take these fights. say what you will about floyd, but in fights where people said it was close or that he possibly lost, he took those rematches and dummied the other guy to prove he's better.Last edited by danktrees; 03-01-2017, 09:04 PM.

It behoves Kovalev to show some respect towards Ward if he wants a rematch, but I have a feeling his hostile remarks about Ward is his way of avoiding a rematch. I really do think Kovalev's stance and attitude after the fight shows that he really doesn't want a rematch and he's secretly waiting for Ward to retire.
Kovalev said he wanted the rematch immediately before he left the ring. Not sure how you got that he secretly didn't want the fight based off of that, LMAO.
