Secondly, despite ample opportunity the guys at 154 have never made any impact on the public imagination at all. So I would question how good they even are. Just because the division is competitive doesn't mean that it's good. There are a lot of pretty good fighters, but none of them have stood out from the crowd.
I think the problem is the public! The public will pay to see Canelo vs. Liam Smith, but won't tune in to watch Charlo vs. Williams. The public will pay to see Pacquiao vs. Vargas, but won't tune in to watch Andrade vs. Nelson. The public is in love with fighters more than good fights, and then they complain about mismatches, PPVs, etc. If the public stopped consuming garbage, they wouldn't be fed so much!

Yeah, Charlo's first fight at 160 should be against Golovkin, in Kazhakstan, with 3 Kazhak judges.

Whoever it is, as long as it's not somebody he already KO'd, will be "better than anybody GGG ever fought."

O don`t think GGG will wanna fight so young and dangerous fighter like Charlo is..

GGG`s goal is payday against Canelo.

Then you still got Miguel Cotto and Canelo who are still in the devision and don't forget we got other top contenders like Julian Williams, Jarret Hurd, Eriksen Lubin, and Tony Harrison.

              The division is totally stacked.

              Canelo Alvares
              Erislandy Lara
              Demetrius Andrade
              Miguel Cotto
              Jermall Charlo
              Jermell Charlo
              Julian Williams
              Austin Trout
              John Jackson
              Jarret Hurd
              Tony Harrison
              Eriksen Lubin
              Vanes Martirosyan
              Charles Hartley

Face the music sonny, 154 is way more stacked than 160, it's not even comparable.
Let me know whey they unify, it aint stack, its just that they dont fight each other. Division thak look weak 140 and 160 because you have a guy who has unify titles and totally dominates and you dont see anyone beating them. I mean Crawford and GGG. Face the music a divison with no unification fights are worthless. Its like having a Ferrari that u can't drive. They are not proven fighters becauase they havent faced each other. If they did the divison wouldnt seem stacked, the same way the WW
Division or 130 divison. Once you have a unify fighter in a division the divison looks weak.

Already making excuses. He can fight Charlo anywhere with Charlos own judges he still getting KTFO. The same way Kell Brook got in his own contry. The same way Jacobs is getting KO in his own territory.

Lies! Mayweather, after beating Pac, had 3 of the four titles at welterweight, but the division still looked stacked.

Zab Judah at one point was the undesputed champ at welterweight, but the division still looked stacked.

In the Mike Tyson, Evander, Lennox error, there was an undesputed champ at heavyweight, but the division was still stacked.

You're embarassing yourself you and your GGG defense force. 160 is weak as ****! Everybody knows this.

You claim the guys at 154 aren't fighting each other and yet I gave you last year's fights and this year's schedule, where these guys are guarenteed to fight each other. Andrade is mandatory to Jermell and he bout to be mandatory to Lara too. Jarret Hurd and Tony Harrison bout to fight for the vacant IBF title, before it was scheduled as an eliminator to become mandatory to Charlo, but unfortunately he moved up.

Charlo's last two fights are Trout and J-rock, and Jermell has a mandatory to Hartley and then Andrade afterwards. The fights are being made and it's eating you alive that the division is catching fire and Golovkin ducking one of the most prominent figures in it (Lara).

I bet you're one of the guys building roadblocks for a Charlo vs GGG fight soon.

Oh well, we will see, I hope. Charlo is a big guy, much bigger and stronger than Brook. Actually, I would say, charlo is bigger and stronger than GGG.

Don't know why fans keep investing their time with these one-fight-a-year fighters. These Charlo brothers are like guests in the sport. They come and disappear without any trace. This guy act as if he's done it all in the 154 division.
