Yeah, 160 is such a weak division that we have guys draining their ass down to 154 as much as they can, or entirely leap-frogging it to 168 or bogus catchweights... But it's GGG's division, so of course it gets massive hate... Newsflash, both Hagler's and Hopkins's MW were weaker, period, now cry some more, bringing up propaganda and overhyped "names"...

Charlo is indeed a nice addition to the division, we have Golovkin, Jacobs, Saunders, Lemieux, Stevens, Monroe Jr, Lee as the "old guard", plus Olympians and prospects like Murata, Derevyanchenko, Khytrov, Aleem, Khurtsidze and such, not bad...

We can bring up Lemieux's early losses all we want, years ago when inexperienced and nowhere near the same fighter, and i can say that the widely considered man at 154, Lara, got ****ing gifts and got outboxed by Carlos Molina and Martirosyan two times...

There is not much comp for him at 160. I see Golovkin as losing soon due to being past his prime. I can see Charlo getting a belt at 168 as well before he is done. That last ko made me sit up and take note - it was a thing of beauty.

Agreed, I really like triple but I think he's over the hill, dude fights and trains that way your body will slow down past 35.

HAHAHAHA people here suggeting him vs GGG? You want to see Charlo getting totally destroyed in his first fight at 160? Haymon would NEVER, ever ever let that happen and even the Charlos themselves know they'd need more than a miracle to even survive more than 6 rounds vs GGG.

That kid has to fight some low tier opponents first, let him beat somebody of the caliber of Korobov, Khurtszide or Monroe Jr. and i doubt even he fights these kinds of middleweights, he'll take on even a lower tier guy that has no chance like Akavov, Ishe Smith or Gabe Rosado.
