Both Canelo and Cotto have sold over 1million PPV'S, ggg hasnt broke 100k. Only a certain demographic thinks triple g....If people wanted to PAY to watch triple g, we would already KNOW....BECAUSE HE WOULD BE SELLING PPV'S because HE'D ALREADY BE ON A SUCCESSFUL PPV. BUT HE HAS NOT AND IS NOT PPV MATERIAL.

              pure speculation

when he beats Chavez, Canelo will be a big PPV player

              Canelo/Cotto could do 700-800k +

we will have a better handle on Golovkin's drawing power after the Jacobs fight, but if they sell less than 200k no way could you speculate that Golovkin > Cotto

I agree that there will be more anticipation among hardcore fans for Canelo/Golovkin, but they are not responsible for most of the ticket sales..... Golovkin/Jacobs would need to sell 300-400k+ for that kind of speculation to be realistic

also..... Cotto is realistic, Golovkin is not..... Cotto would have likely taken that 15mil..... Cotto is a far better business decision for Canelo..... I am 100% positive that Golovkin will understand, especially considering the fact that he thought it was a better business decision to wait for Canelo to make him a better offer

I think he probably is PPV material, potentially anyway..... but it is a HUGE call to say that he is bigger than Cotto

Stop the nonsense man, this is embarrassing.

A rematch for what? So he can comfortably beat you again?

If $15 million is an insulting offer for GGG than Canelo can rematch Cotto, fight BJS for his strap, and if the first fight is exciting than a Chavez Jr. rematch can happen.
Canelo can make arguably more money by getting the majority of the pie against those guys than giving GGG what his team and delusional fans think he is worth.
Leverage is all about who has the better options, its clear who has the better options and who doesn't.

This is another easy money option for Canelo that'll further prolong a scuff with GGG. Why don't cottolena cherry pick someone that he can possibly beat? Like when he fought a lame Martinez.
