apparently he doesn't have as much as he would like. Look at him and roach asking for a rematch daily without a response from nelo. if cotto was financially satisfied, he would have retired already.

Example: cotto vs marquez in talks...just shows you he has no shame and it's looking for a quick buck. war#cotto

this is a joke. Canelo better not fight this bum, he already easily destroyed him... no rematch necessary. Just go away already Cotto

Cotto might do a little better than last time but canella 7-5 easy ballpark pick.
lol Acting like a supposed 20 pound difference is enough to make a difference or completely neutralize someone's power. I didn't see any of Canelo's power shots doing any damage to Cotto either.

There was a UFC bout on last night's Fight Night where a guy moved up a weight class to Heavyweight and knocked out his bigger opponent in one round despite being outweighed by him no less than forty pounds.

Visual wise, Canelo and Cotto looked hardly any different at all despite their supposed weight.

Don't get me wrong, Canelo is a great fighter, just that if there is no handicap for Canelo he wont fight, fighting smaller boxers and now making bigger boxers dehydrate almost to death in Chavez jr that we know wont make weight.
Seems to me that you are smoking triple D again.

How many fights did Cotto in his prime fought @ catchweights? now Canelo IS in his prime and has been in his prime for several years and how many fights has he fought @ a catchweight? Canelo is @ his prime, his body is even big for MW, still he is allways demanding catchweights! even with lesser opposition, imagine when he is almost to retire like Cotto which we know is not a MW, still was able to make a dent in that division.

Canelo is no warior, has no pride, and does not respect boxing or his fans.

Keep riding the Canelo hype train, if you don't care that GB and Canelo are ripping you off, it's your money, but canelo brings no honor to all the Mexican greats and de-values the art of boxing.

Why would they want it? Cotto was shown to be too small in the last fight. And not nearly as quick as he would need to be to beat Canelo.
