You can't say that fight with Kovalev was tougher than Froch

            Ward doesn't need Kovalev.

I think boxing as a whole needs the rematch.

You saying Froch was a tougher fight than Kovalev ? I'm intrigued by your pound for pound list too, Kovalev and Ward were barely seperable and you've Kovalev three places behind Ward. For me me Ward is no.1 followed closely by Kovalev I'd even go as far as to say Ward is 1a and Kovalev 1b. What win has Gonzalez that compares to Ward's win over Krusher.

For me it doesn't matter how close this fight was, it's still a loss at the end of the day. Plus I also try to rate potential of a fighter at the current moment, that's why TC and Lomachenko are higher on my p4p list than aging Kovalev - his last performances were not that impressive.

I'm confident that Andre Ward will end up in Hall of Fame. I can say that TC and Loma have the potential to become hall of famers. Kovalev? Not so sure about, he's aging and he doesn't have a lot of time to improve his resume, and nobody needs him without belts - he's high risk/low reward, I think boxing fans will forget about him in 2-3 years.

This fight was supposed to be for 1 p4p spot of my list, but they're both showed some flaws that night, and p4p leader supposed to be a level above the rest of the boxing world, that's just my opinion

It's times like these when you realise every fighter, even one of your favourites, has his own set of deluded fans. Glad that Larry is showing he's not one of them. You signed a rematch clause, you have to be looking to honour that. I'd expect any fighter, regardless of me being a fan or not to do so. Plus if Ward retires then the belts split up and we get no closer to having a unified champ at the weight.
