This is the biggest mistake of James Toney's entire career. Wladimir's style is simply made to become the first to stop Toney. MARK MY WORDS!!!! This will be the Klitschko-Byrd III, no ifs ands or buts. Toney cannot contend with this guys style, its the wrong fight for him and he will get stopped by Wladimir. I'm praying this fight does not come off because I am one of Toney's biggest fans. I care too much for Toney to let the sport abuse him now.

I voted for Toney, but that was before the Rahman fight and before the Byrd fight. My mindset has changed completley. That was based on Wlad against peter (and his past 4 preformances) and Toney against Ruiz, Booker and Guinn.

i was just about to point out myself how it seemed 2 months ago every other person on the forun was under the impression that toney would take wlad apart with his crafty boxing skills.

i was watching hasim rahman the other night by the way and people talk about his jab and right hand. christ they arent even in wlads league. not even close, rahman only commits power to a punch when there is no risk of being hit back, wlad is gonna bust toney up with his jab alone, he throws that **** with real conviction.

Idk about Toney vs. Wlad. Toney wont be able to hurt WLad at all, and the size difference is rediculous. I think Wlad can hurt Toney too, I know Toney has an iron chin, but Wlad wobbled Peter who has an iron chin also. On paper it really looks like a mismatch to me.
