People have short term memories. Tank didn't look all that good in his previous fight and let's not act as if Pedrasa wasn't the weakest champion in the division. Also ducked Quartey. And I'm a fan of Tito but he fought a lot of bums from beginning of 90's to the end of the 90's and was fine not being considered the true welterweight champ which was whitaker p4p king until he lost to Oscar. I remember when Oscar and Whitaker were fighting for P4P supremacy Tito was fighting guys like Freddie Pendleton who was 40-20-4 heading into that fight. No that record is not a typo.
