And I'm a fan of Tito but he fought a lot of bums from beginning of 90's to the end of the 90's and was fine not being considered the true welterweight champ which was whitaker p4p king until he lost to Oscar. I remember when Oscar and Whitaker were fighting for P4P supremacy Tito was fighting guys like Freddie Pendleton who was 40-20-4 heading into that fight. No that record is not a typo.
Tito also constantly was in the ring with much smaller opponents.

Tito always got the big puncher label, but Oscar was the bigger puncher.

Looking at boxrec he is actually similar dimension wise to manny pac (height and reach).

He maybe just looked smaller next to the beanpole PEdraza. I remember manny being a decent sized SFW.
Pac was 145 for the second Marquez fight. By the end of his FW/SFW run he was pretty chunky alright. But him being a welterweight was always a bit nuts. In terms of dimensions he was in very deep water.
