A "casual" is not name calling. Its a designation, and a real category of spectator. When someone calls you a casual and then demonstrates why he used the term, this is not an attack on the person.

There is film, analysis, etc that shows Ward did a superior job neutralizing a world class fighter, who was called one of the pound for pound best at the time. Casual fans seem to assume that Dawson being drained is the be all and end all of that fight, far from it. People with experience can see things Ward did in that fight that had nothing to do with Dawson's weight. its really that simple.
