I don't think it's Haymon's fault, I think with his limited funds he's happy to have someone else pay Daniel Jacobs. There is no way in hell Haymon puts up 8 mill pursebid in order to get Daniel Jacobs 2 million. I think either the fight gets made by negotiation, or K2 wins purse bid for 4 mill, DJ vacates, and GGG asks to make his mandatory defense against Eubank Jr. I think that fight could be made now, for the original contract, which ended up being the Brook contract. Or Saunders gives up on a defense and goes straight to selling his title to GGG. De La Hoya says he cut his offer in half, so whatever Saunders can get from K2 is the most he'll ever get.
