Dropping belt was a business move. If you can't see that. Then your just a GGG fan boy. Team GGG thought they deserved a 50-50 split just because he was the mandatory to the Belt. So when Canelo dropped it, team GGG lost all their leverage on the fight negotiations. So it's A side vs B side now.

Ha, People are so downtroddened by a Canelo fall they buy anything to get hyped again

It's a year before the fight is even supposed happen, after Canelo had a year to get ready for it, vacated and racked on another year.

After that, when the pressure is on, they make a offer they know is not going to be ok when both fighters are needed to make the megafight.

GGG was willing to take 70/30 last May. That's fair. They shouldn't be screwed into a flat fee. Despite the cretins who would buy anything negative said about ggg, most know whose holding up this fight.

If Canelo really wants ggg, This fight gets made.

If the fight doesn't happen, Canelo will be fine. He packed a stadium fighting someone no one knew. I would rather GGG take 10 mil and beat another 10 mil out of Canelo than the fight not happen (I'm not saying he should accept 10 mil). Whoop him so bad that he will beg you for a rematch at some point. The potential opportunities from beating Canelo is what will make GGG fights more lucrative in the future. Don't just think about that one fight. Time isn't on his side here and although Canelo won't make more money for any one fight, he can still draw a crowd and make fights with others... Side note: I'm not a fan of all of GGG's negotiations without meaningful fights happening. I get it. You're the A side in some negotiations, but concessions need to be made by everyone. At some point, you have to decide if you want to keep fighting bums with fewer concessions or fight people who will boost your profile while making more concessions. There just always seems to be some reason why fights aren't happening and I'm getting annoyed by it.... Similar frustration with Andrade and Rigo. Make concessions. Make the fight happen to boost your profile..
Think this is the reason why alot of people, not me, but alot, are giving up on boxing and are supporting mma. Boxers and their promoters are hand picking fighters for their guy, making outrageous demands, and the fans are starting to get sick of it. Just wish boxing had its own version of dana white.

How come GGG doesn't want to make a quick $10,000,000??? I mean ALL the experts have GGG winning by 1st round KO? That's like $3,333,333 a MINUTE to STOMP on CanYellow???

GGG isn't worth 1/3. Just like you said Ward AND Jacobs wasn't worth 1/3.

canelo is a live body, demand ggg to take his offer and fight him...
If Canelo was actually interested in fighting Golovkin he would've when he was the mandatory to his belt which he vacated. This all comes back to money though which I don't care to talk about. K2 catered to GBP and Canelo in good faith and got played, but people often forget that.
