Kovalev doesn't have a single mark on his face and Ward's face looks like he lost.

You should know that fights arent scored by who has a more beat up face. You can get your eye and face busted open in the first round then go and dominate each round and still win with more damage taken.

So basically the judges gave Kov 5 rounds and Ward 7 rounds.

But as others said, Kovalev probably had to knock him out to win... as champion, etc... What a pathetic home cookery decision.



Ward is no champion and he certainly didn't do enough to grab the titles off the champ.
