If I was the winner of Kovalev/Ward, I wouldn't fight this clown next! He hasn't done anything to deserve it. He would have to go out & beat two top five in the division first. This is what a lot of Haymon fighters do, they wait around for other top fighters to beat each other brains out while continuing to fight bums. Then when the smoke clears, they call out the fighter who made it out on top. So call champs like Stevenson are guys you don't pull for to be the undisputed champ of a specific division because they will hols the belts hostage fighting bums. The funny thing about it all, I believe Stevenson has a chance to beat any fighter in his division!

I actually like watching Stevenson fight but he is one dumb MF. Kovalev has gone hunting everyone oin that division and as much as Ward gets a fair bit of stick - unfairly in my opinion - the guy has just gone straight in there for the main man. That lineal belt isn't worth a ****.

I'm a fan of Stevenson (like Danny Garcia & Canelo too), but f#ck him with this silly bs after wasting the last couple years of his career fighting bs opponents for more money than he probably deserves. He's made himself kinda obsolete in many ways or at best just disposable in the 175lb division with his opponent selection & whatever happens this weekend Stevenson is on the outside looking in until he does something to put himself on the table again or the winner of Nov. 19 just decides to fight Stevenson out of the kindness of their heart.

Stevenson is hoping that Ward wins because he knows that Kathy Duva is not going to let Kovalev fight him! Ward will not have a HBO contract after the Kovalev fight, so he can sign an extension, and fight I don't know who, or go to Showtime and fight Stevenson, Beterbiev, DeGale, or Badou Jack!

King of what? Chickenweight division. I have never seen a fighter avoid any prime competition as much as Stevenson's group. He's only allowed to fight named fighters past their prime or where he holds a superior physical advantage. He talks all the time then disappears before a match can be made .Laughable!!

Kovalev/Ward are the two light heavyweight's in the spotlight right now, it sounds like Stevenson just wants to remind everyone he is still around.
