    1) Hatton is younger and fresher.
    2) Hatton cuts very easily.
    3) Mosley is good at taking advantage of cuts/wounds (see Vargas fight).
    4) Mosley is bigger, has a rock solid chin, and has the strength that will nullify Hatton's smothering style.

I think this is one of the few past-his-prime fighters that Hatton would lose to, if it happened.
so basically what your saying is it will be a replay of the Oscar and Ricardo fight? Which I agree 100% although Mosley wouldnt do it in such a quick fasion he doesnt have the drive Oscar had/has. If Mosley comes in totally confident in himself and rev'd up he'll school Hatton no problem but I think it would take about 8 - 10 rounds before Hatton is stopped.

It would be interesting in styles also. Mosley might be a good matchup stylisticly for Hatton. Mosley likes to get into that semi-medium range and flurry and back away....Mosley was never really a boxer more of a flurry guy back up, flurry back up.

I dont see him getting the room he needs to do that versus Hatton, that along with Hattons pace which is tough for an even prime fighter might be enough to crack Mosley's shell.

Mosley has shown a great chin though and does have some decent power but IMHO not enough power and not elusive enough to defeat Hatton.
Yea Mosley was a Machine at 130. But his power has faded and he just cant really hurt people by going to the body like he used to...

Not that bad, but yeah, a stoppage eventually. Hatton is going up too far for his own good if he fights Mosley. Hatton still makes 140 easily.

How could they line up anything? Mosley-Vargas 2 is a pick-em fight. I personally think Vargas will win the rematch.

Shane will never make 140, and everyone knows that.

he needs to stay away from the elite group huh. why is that? because he can beat more of them. and if winning fighter of the year doesnt put you in the elite group then, i dont know.
