Hatton to face Mosley next

Hatton is a body puncher, so is Shane which even more makes it an interesting fight. I can't see Shane losing by stoppage seeing how he's not been stopped in his life and has rarely touched canvas. IF Hatton's people are afraid of a Mayweather fight for now, I can't see them taking a Shane fight. I think they want to cash in his undefeated record against Mayweather and have him fight safer fights like Gatti or Castillo/Corrales or Cotto instead. Fighting Shane Mosley would be great for the fans but iffy if you are Ricky's manager. Shane certainly would take the fightComment

Are you out of your mind...I know Shane is old, Hatton likes fighting fighters that are past their prime and old, but Shane has never been knocked out and he has faced much harder punchers than what Ricky can dish out...now I know accumaltion of punches can do the job, especially fighting an older fighter, but it is still Shane Mosely, he is at least an active past his prime mid 30's fighter
The only time Shane has been hurt was in the first Forrest fight, and notice the headbutt came first that seemed to shake Shane up, never seeming to get his balance back; lets not forget that Forrest punches very hard and he caught Shane clean throughout the fight and still couldn't finish him.Comment

As a Mosley fan, given the first round and how Shane did, one of my all-time biggest what if's is what would have happened had he not been butted. Given that Mosley lost to him in the amateurs and a rematch-probably no difference in result but there is a shred of doubtComment
