Broner is a ***ing shlt bag. Idiot. The fight would have been worst than Floyd Berto. Vargas is a much better opponent than his bum ass.

Manny's all wrong for Broner. All wrong. His only shot would be a homerun counter that puts Manny to sleep, otherwise Manny white washes his ass on the cards. Manny would win literally every round. Ever since the Marquez KO, Manny has become much more of a boxer-puncher now. He's in and out quicker and doesn't get greedy anymore. Thus I don't see Broner even getting the opportunity for that hail mary homerun he'd have to land.

I think it would look a lot like the Rios fight. Seriously. It would be very one sided.

No it wouldn't have, because there would have just been another excuse from the Pac camp and Pac fans as to why Pac lost. Then there would be a call for a rematch against a healthy or non-distracted Pac. And non-stop talk about how Broner couldn't beat a healthy or focused Pac. Broner would receive more hate for beating Pac than he would praise or respect.
LOL this clown is delusional.broner gets dominated by Pacquiao.

You do realize that the key to beating Broner is to put on non stop pressure and to essentially bully him. You basically just said Manny doesn't do that anymore. Not saying Broner wins, but post Marquez Manny doesn't walk over Broner at all.

Broner's a stationary target when his opponents go on the offensive. Like Paulie has said repeatedly, AB doesn't get off when his opponent is firing. He just shells up and shakes his head no. Meanwhile said opponent is scoring points.

No Manny wouldn't smother him with pressure, but he'd get in and out, very similarly to how he did Rios, score with the judges with quick Manny Pacquiao patented combinations -- while Broner just tries to cover up. And then he'd get out and reset...and repeat.

We can agree to disagree but I really believe that it would be a wide UD in favor of Pacquiao.

pac still puts on enough pressure to bother old bonehead add in the awkward angles and broner would freeze up like he always does and manny is scoring points all day.

He probably knew he was onto a loss.
But good money, a big fight and a chance to resurrect his career. I'm surprised he didn't take it..and it sounds like Haymon and the others were surprised also.

Just make Crawford vs. Broner, and Pacquiao vs. the winner of Thurman vs. Garcia! That's a PPV worth $75! Top Rank can promote and sell the PPV just like they're doing for Pac vs. Vargas!
