If Golovkin/Jacobs cannot generate 10mil TOGETHER, then how the fk is he worth 10mil to Canelo?

why would you guys prefer to cut off one of your fingers rather than admit that Golovkin COULD have taken that fight, but he CHOSE not to?
60-40 split or 65-35 split is definitely doable and fair split. This fight, on those splits, would be more than enough for GGG to get more than $10 mil based on upside.

When Roy was in golovkin's spot, he chilled and collected HBO paychecks while fighting no hopers
            Roy's not a hypocrite.

When he wanted a huge fight after beating Hookins, he moved up for Toney.

When he couldn't unify the SMW division, he moved up to LHW.

When he'd unified LHW and couldn't fight Dariusz or a rematch with Bernard, he moved to HW.

When he couldn't get a huge money fight at HW after Ruiz, he moved back to LHW to face the number 1 guy in Tarver.

There is nothing wrong with what Roy has said, but like everybody else, he has to respect the fact that GG's still got unfinished business at MW, and the best fighters in the weight divisions above are all tied up at the moment.

The biggest hurdle in making a fall unification between middleweight champions Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (34-0, 31KOs) and Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez, 46-1-1, 32KOs) is the weight.

..... then, Mr " biznessman doe " refused to fight Canelo over the money.....
ARLINGTON, Texas -- Canelo Alvarez sent a firm message to Gennady Golovkin after knocking out Liam Smith in the ninth round Saturday night to win the WBO light middleweight championship before a record crowd of 51,240 at AT&T Stadium.

it appears that your 154-168 businessman, don't want nothing to do with the little red kid

you must be so proud LMAO

FACT: Golovkin could have taken the 10mil, but he CHOSE not to

pretty ****** to blame the A-side Canelo
              ****** alert.

              How many more times?

              It's so tiresome.

Canelo proudly paraded around as the MW champ, but then expected a fellow MW champ which was also his mandatory, to unify the titles at a CW?

              GTFOH with that BS.

Have you conveniently forgotten when Oscar told Loeffler to stand by the phone, yet he then phoned Frank Warren instead to tie up the Liam Smith fight?

Have you forgotten when Canelo said 160 would be no problem?

Have you forgotten when Oscar wanted a voluntary with Khan before they fought?

Yes, he chose not to accept Oscar BS flat fee offer.

I wonder why that was, Einstein?

              You're so clueless it's cringeworthy.

Golovkin ran around for FOUR YEARS stating that he can "beat anyone from 154-168", but because he was unwilling to be a man of his word, Canelo - unbelievably - agreed to move up and fight him at 160 in order for the negotiation to continue

as I said, Canelo should have refused to concede anything for a guy who cannot even make a mid-level fight happen
You're talking about the rules of boxing you absolute moron.

How unreasonable for GG to expect the lineal MW champ to face him at the weight?

                Ridiculous, huh?

He's not going to except a flat fee offer from a fight that would generate millions in PPV, which would give the guy who's messed him around significantly more.

Why don't you give us your opinion on what the fight could realistically generate, and then explain to us logically as to why GG would only deserve $10m from it.

                    Concentrate on the word: 'logically'

                    I'll wait.

if you wanna say..... that they still have room to negotiate and should continue to do so, then fine..... but for fk's sake stop insinuating that Canelo is unwilling to make that fight..... clearly, that fight is there if Golovkin wants it, for "good money"..... right?

the crybaby red butthurt crusade is getting lame

reminder: Canelo has - and will continue to - make big fights..... not sure about the other guy
Oscar COULD CHOOSE to sit down and try and reach a compromise to make a HUGE fight.

You COULD have CHOSEN to attend school to get an education.

You COULD CHOOSE to be objective.

Canelo will continue to make big fights?

                      Will he?

                      Against who?

He hasn't got a lot of good options.
